TO NAME WITHHELD UPON REQUEST,
Madame, I was surprised few days ago to see my mailbox with your note reminding me to liquidate my transportation allowance for certain months (please see photo above).For the record, this is the third time I’ve received this kind of notice and every time that happens I immediately submit all the required papers that you needed from me but this time I’m totally perplexed because every single month of the frigging year I submit my expense report form two weeks before its bloody deadline and last November of 2009, you sent me a notice to liquidate my expenses for certain months and I did! I even submitted it to Y.O.U. personally, I should have taken a picture of you receiving it. But this frigging third notice is totally irritating with a note

Did you just hit your head on the pavement? In every single month and every single notice, I COMPLY even if it’s your FAULT! I C.O.M.P.L.Y! This clearly shows that YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB! You are a sad proof of the Dilbert Principle! Its 2010, for christssake! Reconstruct your office routine! Don’t just sit there all day deciphering the concept of cut and paste! I don’t want to think that the people processing our pertinent documents has an IQ lower that a common house rat and binary still gives them multiple options! Please do you job and do it RIGHT! Prove yourself! |
